淇qí

淇 (qí) takes the water radical alongside 其, and this character is used almost exclusively as a proper name — referring to the ancient Qi River in Henan province. Unlike many simplified forms that differ from traditional, 淇 remains identical in both scripts, preserving its literary heritage.
